DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

At Belloricco, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service from purchase to delivery and beyond. This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, return, and exchange procedures to ensure clarity and transparency in all your transactions with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Express Shipping
Belloricco offers free express shipping on all orders throughout India. We believe that luxury should be accessible without additional costs, which is why we’ve made our shipping complimentary for all our customers.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 1-3 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 2-4 business days
- Other Locations: 3-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement during business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order’s status at any time by:
- Logging into your Belloricco account
- Using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting our customer service team
Delivery Information
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
- If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice and try again the next business day
- After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you to arrange redelivery
International Shipping
While our primary focus is serving customers within India, we are in the process of expanding our shipping capabilities internationally. Please contact our customer service team for information about international shipping options and rates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns are subject to a ₹150 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Undergarments, socks, and accessories such as ties and pocket squares cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, you can do so within 7 days of receipt free of charge. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The requested size or color must be available in our inventory
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund as per our return policy
Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@belloricco.com or call 97551 50505 to request a return authorization
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package Your Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions
- Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship/deliver your exchange in 7 days
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:
- The ₹150 restocking fee will be deducted from return refunds (not applicable for exchanges)
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you. Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item, when possible
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped without any penalty. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
